We started Oakridge HVAC in 2018 out of a single truck, working out of a garage in southeast OKC. The first call we ever ran was for a neighbor whose AC quit in late July - a $180 capacitor replacement that took 35 minutes. She called three other companies that day. Two never answered. The third quoted $850 for the same job and tried to upsell her on a new system.
That was the gap we built around. We don't oversell. We don't disappear. We answer the phone and we tell you the price before the work starts. Eight years later we're a six-tech shop, but the policies are the same as that first call.
We're licensed and insured in Oklahoma. We're certified on Carrier, Trane, Lennox, and Goodman. We carry common parts on every truck, which is why 80% of our calls finish on the first visit. And we still call every customer the day after a job to ask how the system is running.
