We started Oakridge HVAC in 2018 out of a single truck. The first call we ran was for a neighbor whose AC quit in late July - a $180 capacitor replacement that took 35 minutes. She'd called three other companies that day. Two never answered. The third quoted $850.
That was the gap we built around. We don't oversell. We don't disappear. We answer the phone and we tell you the price before the work starts. Eight years later we're a six-tech shop covering eight cities, but the policies are the same.
We're licensed and insured in Oklahoma. EPA 608 universal certified. NATE certified on every major brand. We carry common parts on every truck - 80% of calls finish on the first visit. We're not the cheapest in the metro, but we're the company you call when "cheap" already burned you once.

24-month warranty, not 12
Industry standard is 12 months on parts. We double it. If a part fails inside two years, we fix it on us.
