60-second instant scan · my notes within 1-2 business days · no pitch

Drop your URL. Get a 60-second instant scan, plus my notes by email within 1-2 business days.

Paste your site address below. The instant scan shows your PageSpeed score, mobile readiness, and SEO foundation right here on the page. Then I run deeper checks with tools I built (whether Google can read your business details, whether your name, address and phone match across 6 directories, and how your site captures leads), read the results, and email you my notes. No pitch, no sales call.

Tip: copy the full URL from your browser's address bar (it should start with https://).

The deep audit · what I check

Real measurable things. Not opinions.

The quick audit covers SEO foundation + PageSpeed. The full audit goes deeper. Directories, content gaps, competitor analysis, prioritized fixes.

01

Speed and Core Web Vitals

Your real PageSpeed score, pulled from Google's own tool. If it's under 70, every visitor is bouncing before your homepage loads. I tell you what's slow and what would fix it.

You'll see: PageSpeed (mobile + desktop), top 3 slowdowns, fix difficulty.

02

Mobile readiness

Most local-business calls come from a phone. If the site doesn't work cleanly on mobile, you're losing those calls. I check tap targets, readability, click-to-call, contact form on mobile.

You'll see: 5-point mobile checklist with pass/fail + screenshots of problem areas.

03

Local SEO health

Is your business name, address, and phone consistent across Google Maps, Yelp, Yellow Pages, Bing Places, BBB and Manta? Drift kills local rankings. I check those six and flag mismatches.

You'll see: whether your name, address and phone match across those six directories, whether your Google Business Profile is claimed, what Google can't read on your site, and where you rank for your top 3 searches.

04

Lead capture mechanics

Does your contact form work? Does click-to-call land on the right number? Do you have visible CTAs above the fold? I test the actual buttons. Surprising how often they're broken on real sites.

You'll see: end-to-end test of contact form, phone link, email link, plus the CTAs on each major page.

05

Search visibility for your keywords

I check where you rank for 3-5 keywords your buyers actually search ("[your service] near me," "[your service] OKC"). And who's showing up above you for those.

You'll see: 3-5 keyword rankings + top 3 competitors for each, plus what they're doing differently.

06

What I'd prioritize

At the end, you get my opinion on what's worth fixing first. Small tune-up. New content. Rebuild. I'll be honest either way. Sometimes a rebuild costs less than the patches.

You'll see: prioritized list (fix yourself / pay / rebuild) with rough effort estimates per item.

Honest expectations

What this audit will and won't do.

If your business is established

If you've been operating for years, have a Google Business Profile, real reviews, and customers who already find you. Fixing the site is mostly removing friction. Lift can show up within 30-60 days because Google already trusts you; I just clean up technical signals.

If you're a newer business

If you're under a year old, no Google reviews yet, no BBB, low domain age. The audit still helps, but you're at the start of the foundation phase. Realistic timeline for measurable Google traffic is 90-180 days. Anyone promising "ranked in 30 days" is selling you something fake.

I'd rather lose your business by being honest than win it by overpromising and disappointing you in three months.

After the audit

What happens next.

You read it

My notes come by email. Share them with your designer, your team, or sit on them. No follow-up call required.

You decide

Some people fix things themselves. Some hire their existing designer. Some ask me to quote a fix or rebuild. All three are fine.

I quote if you want

Small fixes start at $200. Moving your existing site over to a custom-coded rebuild (a Site Transfer) is $400 plus a monthly plan from $95. A fresh build starts at $750 (Starter) or $1,200 (Standard). What's on the page is what you'd pay.

You keep your domain

Either way. Your domain stays in your name. Your existing site keeps running. If you ever leave me after the build is paid, the site files go with you.

Why this is free

Worth more than selling discovery calls.

Stroder Web Services started in 2026 and I'm still getting my name out there. I have time to look at sites and write honest notes, and I'd rather be the person in OKC people trust to tell them the truth than the one selling discovery calls.

If the audit goes well, maybe you hire me later. The site I'd build is yours once the build is paid in full: pay it up front and the files are yours at launch, or at the 12th payment if you spread it out. Your domain is in your name from day one, and hosting is month to month. If it doesn't go well, you still got a real set of notes for free. Either way I'd rather you hear it straight.
