Pick a build, then a monthly plan. Every build is custom-coded, hosted on a private server, and becomes yours once it's paid. Standard is what I usually recommend.

You pay one time to build your site, and you own it. The domain is in your name from day one, and the site is yours the day it ships if you pay up front, or at the 12th payment if you spread it over 12 months, same price.
Pay up front: a 50% deposit reserves your slot and the balance is due before launch. Or pay over 12 months: the build divided by 12, added to your monthly plan from the day you start. If you stop before the 12th payment, the site comes down after 30 days and the files stay with me.
Every live site needs hosting, so a monthly plan comes with it, from $95. It starts at launch if you pay up front. It is month to month, so you can cancel any month, because it only covers the work I keep doing for you: hosting, my care and up to 30 minutes of edits a month. Once your build is paid off, the site is yours, and you can take it anywhere.

Every plan runs on the same base: my own server with Cloudflare in front, nightly backups with a copy stored off-site, uptime checks every 5 minutes, portal access, and 30 minutes of edits a month. Edits past that are $50 an hour.

Why each number is what it is.
- The build, $750 to $2,200. Every page is built for your business, with no template and no page builder. That is the work that makes your site fast and keeps it yours. Pay once, or split it over 12 months and own it outright, same total either way.
- Hosting, a flat $95 a month. A private server, backups, uptime checks, and a real person for your changes. One price no matter your build, because that is what it costs to host you right.
- Local SEO, $350 a month. Everything in Hosting, plus the work that gets you found: a monthly report, Google Business and map monitoring, citation monitoring, and indexing checks. SEO takes months, not weeks, and I'll say so up front. It is the right place to start if you want to climb local search without the monthly content work yet.
- Growth, $650 a month. Everything in Local SEO, plus two articles a month and five citations. Many agencies bill for search work like this on a contract and don't build or host your site. I do all of it. See what agencies and other routes cost.
