How long it takes: once your deposit and intake form are in, your first preview usually comes within a few days. The finished site takes 5-7 business days for Starter, 10-14 for Standard, and 14-21 for Premium. Need it sooner? The $500 Rush add-on, for Standard and Premium, puts you at the front of my line. Your finished site is ready to launch in 7 business days, counted from your payment, your full intake and all your content. Rush changes get done within a business day. If the delay is mine, you get the $500 back. Either way, the clock pauses while anything waits on you, like your content or your feedback, or on outside services I don't control, like your domain.
Some agencies sign you to long contracts that hold your website, your code, and sometimes your domain hostage. I don't.
You pay for the build up front (a 50% deposit, the balance before launch) or over 12 monthly payments added to your plan. If you pay monthly and stop before the 12th payment, the site comes down after 30 days and the files stay with me. Your domain stays yours either way.

Business closed, business sold, found someone cheaper, took it in-house. All fine. I say goodbye well.
Why I work this way: a client who only stays because they're trapped is a bad customer anyway. I'd rather earn your stay every month with a site that works than lock you in with a contract.
One-click site export. Once your build is paid, your client portal has a "Download my site source as ZIP" button. One click. It gets you every HTML page, image, and asset with a README explaining how to host it elsewhere. I get a notification when you use it, then leave you alone. No exit interview.
Hosting keeps the lights on. Local SEO gets you found. Growth adds the content that compounds. Every site starts on one of the three, month to month.
Every plan runs on the same base: my own server with Cloudflare in front, nightly backups with a copy stored off-site, uptime checks every 5 minutes, portal access, and 30 minutes of edits a month. Edits past that are $50 an hour.
