Every live site needs hosting, so a monthly plan comes with every site, month to month. Hosting alone is $95 a month. These two are the plans that work on getting you found. Local SEO is the one I usually recommend.
Every plan runs on the same base: my own server with Cloudflare in front, nightly backups with a copy stored off-site, uptime checks every 5 minutes, portal access, and 30 minutes of edits a month. Edits past that are $50 an hour.

- 2 SEO-optimized blog posts a month, 800 to 1,200 words each, on the questions your customers search, planned for your business, checked and published by me, aimed at your service area. Posted to your site's blog.
- 5 directory citations a month, listings on high-value local directories with your name, address and phone exactly right, submitted by me.
- Monthly Google Business posts, written for your business and posted by me.
- Deeper monthly reporting on top of the Local SEO report.
One-time SEO onboarding is $400 (Google Business Profile setup, Bing Places, core directory submissions, a check of what Google reads on your site), and it is waived when it comes with a new build.
Hosting is month to month and you can cancel any month. Your domain is in your name from day one, and the site files are yours once the build is paid in full. The work you paid for stays yours.
When a search plan is the right call, and when it is not.
I do not pitch every client into a search plan. Sometimes hosting alone is right.
It fits when
- You already pay for pieces of this, say a freelancer for blog posts, and get nothing in writing about how your search is doing. One plan keeps the report, the content and the listings working together.
- Your business is established enough to rank, with real Google reviews. Google tends to trust established businesses faster.
- You want to be found in organic search. These plans do not run paid ads, and I do not manage social media accounts.
Skip it, and start with Hosting, if
- Your business is brand new. Google needs time to trust a new business, and search work in the first months mostly waits. Hosting alone is the better start, and Local SEO can come later.
- You are referral-only and your phone already rings without an online presence.
- Your customers are not local, so local search matters less for you. These plans are built around local searches.
- Your monthly marketing budget is small. Tell me and I will say honestly which piece, if any, is worth paying for.
