How I checked: on September 25, 2026 I ran one Google Maps search from the center of Del City for each of ten kinds of business (plumbers, electricians, heating and air, roofers, auto repair, auto body, hair salons, barbers, landscapers and restaurants) and took the first page of results, 180 businesses in all. A business counts as Del City when its Google listing shows a Del City address; many trades hide their address, so a few of the others may be local too. I opened every website listed. Three sites blocked my checker and were not counted either way. No business is named here.

How long does it take?
Your first preview usually comes within a few days. The finished site takes 5 to 21 business days depending on size: 5 to 7 for Starter, 10 to 14 for Standard, and 14 to 21 for Premium. The $500 Rush add-on, for Standard and Premium, puts you at the front of my line. Your finished site is ready to launch in 7 business days, counted from your payment, your full intake and all your content. Rush changes get done within a business day. If the delay is mine, you get the $500 back. The clock pauses while anything waits on you, like your content or your feedback, or on outside services I don't control, like your domain.
Do I own my site?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and you can transfer it away at any time at no charge. The site files are yours once the build is paid in full: the day it ships if you pay up front, or at the 12th payment (or an early payoff) if you spread the build over 12 months. A monthly plan comes with every live site, from $95 for hosting, month to month, and you can cancel hosting any time.
Do you use templates?
Never. No WordPress, no Wix, no page builders. Every page is custom-coded, which is why my sites load fast, hold up on phones, and give Google clean markup to rank.
