Choctaw is an easy run down Reno Avenue. Evenings and weekends are best for the hand-off itself, but I answer texts 9am to 9pm any day, so reach out whenever and we will sort out a time. If meeting partway is easier than driving into Del City, that works too, just say so.

Parts are billed at my cost plus 20 percent and you see the part price before anything is ordered. The $49 diagnostic is only for unknown problems, and it comes straight off the repair. Thirty day warranty on the work.
I tell you when it is not worth fixing.
Nobody should pay $300 to fix a laptop worth $150. If your machine is below the line, I say so, and on certain older budget models I can tell you before you even make the drive from Choctaw. That verdict is free.
And if the fix is something you can do yourself in ten minutes, I will tell you how instead of charging you for it. Getting that call right matters more to me than one job.

Do you come out to Choctaw or do I bring it to you?
Drop-off is how the flat prices stay flat, and the bench is in Del City. That said, meeting partway is fine if it is easier for you, just say so when you text. On-site work for businesses is $85 an hour.
What does it cost?
Everything is a flat posted price. Tune-up $79, virus and malware removal $99, laptop screen $89 plus the panel, SSD upgrade $89 plus the drive, new computer setup $99, home Wi-Fi $89. If the problem is not obvious, the bench diagnostic is $49 and it comes off the repair when you go ahead.
When can I drop it off?
Evenings and weekends works best, since I am one person with a bench rather than a storefront with counter staff. I answer texts 9am to 9pm any day though, so message me whenever it is convenient and we will find a time that fits your schedule instead of mine.
What if it is not worth fixing?
Then I tell you that instead of fixing it, and you get a straight answer plus a written quote for whatever the smart move actually is. On some older budget machines I can tell before you drive anywhere, and in that case the verdict is free.
Are you an actual shop?
No, and there is no reason to dress it up. It is a one-person bench in Del City. That is exactly why the prices are flat and why the person who answers your text is the person doing the work.
