Startup crawls, everything lags, fans roaring. I clean it out and get it running like it should.

Cracked, black, or lines through it. Usually a straight swap, and I match your exact panel before quoting.

Roaring fan or shutting off mid-game is almost always dust and dried out paste, not a dead console.

I am Dominic. The person you text is the person who diagnoses it, the person who fixes it, and the person who hands it back. No counter, no ticket queue, no tech you never meet.
Text me what it is doing. Plain words are plenty. We set a drop-off, evenings and weekends work best, here in Del City. Meeting at a public spot is fine if you would rather.
I diagnose it and quote the real price before I start any work. Flat-menu jobs are the flat price. Nothing gets started until you say go.
You get it back, usually in a day or two, working and cleaned up. If it is not worth fixing, I tell you that instead of taking your money.
Your files are your business. I do not go through your personal files. I open only what the repair needs, and your passwords stay yours, you type them every time. Want a backup first? That is a flat $29 onto a drive you keep.

You approve before I start
Most common fixes I can quote as one flat price so you know the number before I begin. Bigger jobs run $85 an hour. Any parts are at cost plus a small markup, and I show you what they cost.
I will not sell you what you do not need
If the fix is simple, I will say so. If a repair costs more than the computer is worth, I will tell you that too and help you figure out the smart move instead of just taking your money.
Common repairs
Flat prices, no surprises. Not sure what's wrong? Bench diagnostic is $49 and comes off the repair. Phone estimates are always free.
Labor is covered for 30 days on the same issue. If the exact problem I fixed comes back within 30 days, I redo the work at no charge. A new or unrelated problem is a new job, and this does not cover drops, spills, or a reinfection from normal use. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty, which passes through to you.
